Location
California preferred. Will also consider Nevada and Arizona.
Lending Criteria
We typically lend up to 65% of as-is property value, as determined by Standard’s underwriting.
Loan Rate And Terms
Interest rates vary from 8-12%, floating rate, depending on property type and loan amount. Fees vary based on loan details.
