Opportunity Zone Program

The Opportunity Zone Program was established by Congress to facilitate real estate development in underserviced areas throughout the United States. Among other tax benefits, investors in an Opportunity Zone real estate project benefit from tax free appreciation and no depreciation recapture.

Our Strategy

  1. Our investment strategy offers investors access to high-quality real estate opportunities with distinctive tax advantages. Through our primary fund, investors can participate in multifamily asset ownership without taking on development, construction, financing, or lease-up risk. This approach delivers immediate cash flow and long-term, generational tax benefits, providing a stable and efficient way to preserve and grow wealth through real estate. How it works:

    1. Our fund is designed to allow an investor with capital gains to invest in multifamily assets that are fully leased up and cash flowing at the time of investment. After 10 years of investment, the investment can be sold tax free: No capital gains and no deprecation recapture.
    2. We are projecting proforma double-digit after-tax internal rate of returns for our partners. This allows investors to achieve a 40% premium on an after-tax basis to a similar non-Opportunity Zone investment.
